zk67 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:
Upon account termination for breach of these terms, zk67 reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance, including both Real Money Funds and Bonus Funds, where the breach is of a material nature such as fraud, multiple account operation, or money laundering. Where termination occurs for reasons unrelated to player misconduct (for example, account inactivity), any verified Real Money Funds balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method following standard KYC verification.
